			Professional quality prints
				A studio specializing in professional photography, which works in partnership with top-quality brands and is used to working to the highest level of demand and quality, prints the photographs presented for sale on this site. These prints usually have a silk-finish and are backed onto steel, which ensures the best quality, and are delivered with a fully prepared system for their wall hanging. The artist bases all creations on original photographic work.
			An original work
				The authenticity and exclusivity of each photograph is guaranteed by the enforced limit on the number of prints offered for sale in each series. Each work is produced in a series limited to 3 to 5 prints, and the bill authenticates the print number.
		COMMISSIONING OF AN ORIGINAL WORK
				I can create a specific work for you according to a given theme, but for this a number of conditions must be satisfied:
				TO WISH FOR:
				The luxury of commissioning is to get a work of art conceived exclusively as you wish it. You want flowers, oceans, sphinxes, you want an Indian countryside or one of your native Touraine, you want a serene Buddha, … every subject can be a source of inspiration for me.
				TO MEET:
				A meeting between what you wish for
				-to see on your walls your favourite subject or theme,
				and my universe,
				-that of colour, movement, the harmony of forms.
				TO TREAT YOURSELF:
				My works are neither posters nor decorative panels, they are complete artistic creations. Their price reflects my work my talent, and my success. I work on commissions with professionalism and can submit a number of preliminary offers until we reach mutual satisfaction. .
		GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
			1. REQUESTS FOR PRELIMINARY OFFERS
				After giving your contact address, you must indicate in your e-mail: 1° the precise references of the work you wish for: For ex: Carnaval de Rio, N° 1, Arts-déco N° 10, Végétal n° 7, etc.… 2° the backing you wish for the work: photo print, dibond print (photo print + steel backing) 3° format, if you wish for a particular format If you want the format indicated with a photograph’s reference, you do not need to specify the format desired. But it is possible to adapt the format to your wishes; in this case, please indicate on your request the format you wish for.
			2. PRELIMINARY OFFERS
				The price of the work you have asked for will be communicated by e-mail (excluding delivery costs if the work is to be picked up directly at the studio). You can then confirm your order with a form to be downloaded.
			3. ORDERS
				Orders can be taken only through the Net, and are not binding on Marie Péjouan until she has had e-mail confirmation of the order.
			4. SALES PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
				The price of works varies according to format, to series, to production costs according to the requested backing (simple photographic print, steel or diasec backing, …) and delivery costs   For the sale of digital photographs, payment is requested when the order is confirmed, by bank cheque subject to their being cashed.   For the sale of commissioned original works, 50 per cent of payment is requested when the preliminary offer is accepted, by bank cheque, the outstanding balance being due before delivery or when picking up the work in the artist’s studio.
			5. DELIVERY
				The delivery time given when the order is confirmed is indicative. The delivery must take place within 30 days at the latest after the realisation of the work and the order is confirmed. The delivery address must be given when the order is confirmed. Works can be picked up directly at the artist’s studio.
